The Mediterranean Vacation at Home has as its design objective to make it fun coming home each day. The relationship between the indoor space and that of the outdoor space can make all the difference. Once you slide back the patio doors, you enjoy the sound of water falling from the upper spa to the pool below. You can even prepare a meal from the outdoor kitchen, while enjoying the ambiance of all that has been created.
The Mediterranean II has 2700 square feet of living area, but feels much larger due to the back loggia. The lot size that is needed is 70' x 120' to fit both house and pool.
